We came in early for a river cruise and spent 3 nights. Great little hotel in walking distance of so much in Paris. Our flight arrived early Friday morning and the front desk was so gracious to hold our luggage for us until check in time. We asked for a recommendation for breakfast and received two options. Saturday morning (Armistice Day-National holiday). She looked up a currency exchange for us to confirm it would be open. We were on the 4th floor and could occasionally hear street noise but not really enough to disturb us. Overall, a good value and I would definitely stay there again Only real complaint was that internet was spotty in our room.

I had booked my reservation and paid it 2 months ago before checkin. Because as usual if you pay early, you pay less. But when i came to paris, i saw that the booking price is less than 2 months ago. So i want the difference of booking fee or upgrade my room. But non of them accepted. So if you want to stay in this hotel, you don’t need to pay early.

Horrible manager! She got tired of her job and started to take it out on the guests! My friend wanted a spoon from the restaurant so he could eat his food and she refused to give it to him. Even her staff was laughing behind her back because of how ridiculous she was being. My friend had to walk to a nearby restaurant to get a spoon because the manager’s ego is so big.

This is a great little hotel in a good location. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice- pastries, croissants, bread, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt etc. My only reason for rating my stay 4 stars instead of 5 was that my room was 114, on the first floor facing the street. It was very noisy in the street overnight, making it difficult to sleep. When you book, ask for a room which doesn’t face the street- your stay will be great!

Rated a 4 as good value for location and breakfast included . Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the pancake machine was amazing! If I was rating on the room and sleep experience it would have been 3 stars as we could hear the room next to us as if they were in our room and they were noisy so sleep was broken. Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but was fine for the one night we were there as spent most of the time out sightseeing . Location is fab and lots of bars and restaurants around as well as the metro, I wouldn’t stay here again but only because we didn’t get much sleep.
